CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you have any queries about this Cancellation Policy, please email our Customer Service Department at [email protected]. Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund that includes the total delivery cost as well as 95% of the product purchase price.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and refund policy will apply in 2024 (1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024)

Refund and Returns Time Frame

Refunds and returns apply at purchase 30 days after the goods are received and inspected. Refunds and returns are limited to the original purchase price and do not include shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.

Return period is 60 days.

The following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

–         Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

–         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

–         Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If all the conditions stated below are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returned items are just applied to 2 conditions below:

–         The sent product is the wrong size or color compared to ordered invoice.

–         The product is defective or damaged.

Please note those necessary factors:

–         The serial number must be intact, or the return will be automatically denied.

–         Returned products must include all received
initial items, including free articles and accessories, for a total return.

At the same time, the returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition. If the product is no longer in our store’s packaging, please note that we do not accept this return case.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price.

Sale products and gifts are not reserved the right non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

Send us an email with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Print the form that you will receive by email from us and paste it into the package.

Send all items back to us.

You are responsible the return shipping fee, non-restocking fee.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days of when the return was dropped off at return drop off location. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your bank account. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?

No, we do not refund the shipping fee.

Can I exchange for a different product?

We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size currently.

How many days do I have to return?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.
