The year of the Dunk keeps on delivering—this time we see Nike join forces with popular fashion, music and culture publication, Slam Jam. Founded in Milan, Slam Jam are known for stocking hard to find British and American streetwear. The unique, yet minimalist design fits perfectly with the identity of Slam Jam.
A mix of white leathers and suedes make up the upper of this sneaker, whilst more traditional Dunk characteristics flip on their heads. The iconic swoosh features, but is made from a gummy material that floats around the back of the shoe. We also see the classic perforated toe box go in another direction, only going in one verticle line through the middle of the sneaker.
The Nike Air branding features, but much like the Slam Jam x Nike Blazer, this branding is flipped upside down. An icy, translucent midsole completes the look for this powerfully minimal sneaker.
